Covid19 Updates

Post Exchange Catering has added new protocols in an effort to assure our customers the safest meals available. Our communities, staff, and guests' health is our top priority.

Many of the CDC recommendations for controlling the spread of Coronavirus are everyday precautions we already take. In addition to those, we have increased our focus on more detailed and frequent sanitizing, utilizing bleach/water solutions on “High Touch” surfaces:

  • Doors, door handles, and door glass.
  • Computers, tablets,  phones and kitchen equipment.
  • Bathrooms and bathroom fixtures.
  • Countertops, light switches, trash cans.
  • Delivery vans, steering wheels, dashboards, controls, doors, and windows.

Employees are required to:

  • Wear gloves and wash/sanitize hands frequently.
  • Follow hourly cleaning procedures.
  • Stay home if experiencing FLU-like symptoms
  • Wear masks during all business hours

Effective immediately, upon request:

  • We will offer any of our menu items in single-serve, individually packaged, grab-and-go containers. This reduces handling tongs and serving spoons associated with buffet-style service (small additional charge may apply per person to cover the container and additional labor for packaging).
  • All utensils will be individually prepackaged.
  • We are offering curbside delivery for any buildings that do not allow outside deliveries.

We do not use third-party delivery services like Uber Eats or Door Dash which allows us to make sure all our drivers are food safe and abide by policies for health and sanitation.

Moving forward, all our delivery drivers will put on single-use gloves after entering your workplace and before setting up your order.

Our highest priority is the well being of our community and those we love. We care about you and hope these protocols will help us all to stay safer in the weeks ahead.

Thank you for your continued support during these trying times!
