Post Exchange Catering provides catering for corporate events, routine office meals and executive business meetings, for hospital & healthcare facilities, funeral receptions, continuing education events, church functions, networking mixers, open houses, holiday parties, grand openings, university events, and private events.
We can provide rentals such as tables, chairs, linens, china plates, glassware, silverware, linen napkins, etc. all coordinated for you.
We use Post Exchange Catering for some of our work events and we absolutely love them. From high end spreads for some of our large events to quick box lunches for some of our lunch and learn style programs they always provide the best. I just had one of their box lunches this week for an event and it was FANTASTIC.
I used PEC for a company happy hour and everything was great! The delivery crew arrived early, brought all the right serving pieces and utensils, had everything nicely packed for us and set everything up. Everyone raved at the food being great- we had a nacho bar and a fun DIY candy apple station for 100 people. Would definitely book another event with them!
The first time we used PEC catering was for our yearly Company Anniversary celebration and everyone raved about the food so after that I've continued using them and have yet to be disappointed. Not only is the food wonderful, but they will go above and beyond to make your food ideas come to life and not to mention the staff is great to work with...I highly recommend giving Post Exchange Catering a try!!

I love their menu. You can hardly decide what to order. Its torture actually to not be able to order one of everything. We have used Post Exchange Catering for our annual open house event the last couple of years and they always exceed expectations! Not only is the food absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, but they also provide all the necessary equipment, including tables and tablecloths, which adds a polished touch. The servers were professional, attentive, and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Our guests had a wonderful time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nothing but the highest praise for Post Exchange Catering. From the first phone call to clean up, they were easy to work with and very professional. Arrived on time and set up quietly and efficiently. Space was immaculate when the finished. Every guest at our 150 person event raved about the food anthem efficiency moving through the Italian buffet line. Many said it was the best tiramisu they ever had! Thank you for making our banquet a success!
Wow! I have never heard of this place before. If I could give it 10 stars I would. I had a chicken salad sandwich and side salad. The produce is so fresh. I will definitely pass this information along to anyone needing a catering service. Also the delivery guy Brian was so nice and set up our delivery so beautifully. Thx for lunch Post Exchange!
