Rick & Beth Leigh - Owners

Family owned and operated since 1993. With a combined level of experience in the food service industry encompassing 4 decades, Rick and Beth are industry leaders in the corporate catering market committed to community and civic engagement. They enjoy sharing new adventures with their 3 active boys who are always exposing them to wonderful experiences.

Andrew - General Manager

As Genral Manager of Post Exchange Catering, Andrew is responsible for the day to day operations. To that end Andrew makes sure each event is spectacular. His attention to detail and desire to please are true assets to Post Exchange Catering. His favorite Post Exchange meal to preapare is the Chicken & Mushroom Risotto. In his off time Andrew enjoys spending time with his family.

Samuel - Senior Expeditier/Delivery Team Captian

Samuel has been leading the Post Exchange Catering kitchen with his culinary expertise since 2007. Having attended Bon Appetite Culinary School and as our head chef, he always brings a delicious touch to each of the feasts he prepares. Samuel is also a coach for his kids' football teams and a talented musician.

Mercedes - Chef/Delivery Team

Mercedes is the chef for hot meal preparation. Her culinary background is extensive and has carried her from her home of California to Atlanta. In her spare time she is a chef for some of the many of the movie sets around Ga. She loves cooking, shopping,making jewelry, and spending quality time with family and friends. Mercedes long term goal is to become a private chef.

Donny - Kitchen Prep

Donny is on his second tour of duty with Post Exchange Catering. Donny brings a flair to the cold prep station that is unmatched. Donny graces us with his wit and presence when he is not performing his duties as one of Atlanta's leading sushi chefs.

Nick - Kitchen Prep/Delivery Team

Antwonette - Cold Prep Specialist/Delivery Team

Antwonette is the lead cold prep chef. Her culinary career has carried her around the Southeast and finally back to her hometown of Atlanta. Antwonette enjoys creating new baked goods and using her creative abilities in drawings.
